The menu of drinks By the Way and recipes for signature cocktails were developed by chef-bartender Artur Kultaev, known for the Sesame Bar and Santo Spirito projects. Mikhail Salnikov worked on the main dishes and the list of snacks, with extensive experience in similar cocktail-themed establishments: Delicatessen, The Nest, Youth bar. Inside the Bai ze Wei, a minimalistic interior was made with simple white walls and wooden furniture, and a neat contact bar counter was equipped.
